In this class you will be introduced to a variety of meditation techniques opening you to experience Spirit directly. You will be supported in finding the practice that fits you and creating a regular meditation practice. Prayer treatment will continue to be explored as you practice treating for others. This is a spiritually rich class you don’t want to miss.
This 10 week class will be held on Tuesdays starting March 18th 6:30 to 8:30pm on Zoom.
Pre-requisite for this class is the Foundations class.

Integral Delight
Integral Delight
Inspired by the work of Ken Wilber, this class teaches human and spiritual development, and how it applies to us individually and collectively. Clarity is a super power and this class has it in abundance.
This 5 week class will be held on Thursdays starting March 27th 6:30 to 8:30pm on Zoom.
